Who is this coaching for?

I am most excited to support people that have a vision for a livable future for all! And who see cultivating relationships of trust and creating spaces of community as the way to bring their vision alive.

What challenges do your clients typically ask for help with?

   ○ Feeling like they never can do enough; being driven by a sense of urgency.
   ○ Trying to do too much at once; lacking focus
   ○ Constantly putting themselves last, because they feel other things are more important than their own well-being
   ○ Being busy all the time, but feeling like they’re not producing results

How do you support your clients?

   ○ I support them to clarify their vision, what about it is most important to them and where to focus their energy.
   ○ To identify ways in which they’ve been holding themselves back.
   ○ And to practise the skill of moving past their familiar stopping points and consistently get results in physical reality with ease.

What do you mean by "coaching"?

My role as a coach is to guide you in uncovering the answers that already exist within you, while supporting you to navigate any challenges you're currently facing.

I will be holding space for you to get in touch with your own patience, perspective and playfulness. I will help you to orient yourself and strike a balance between uncovering your own intuition and integrating new insights to your everyday life.

How often do you meet your clients?

We'll start with a free 30-minute discovery call to make sure we’re a good fit, and to answer any questions you might have. Initially I recommend to start by meeting every two weeks for the first two months. After that initial period you can book individual sessions with me freely as needed.

What happens in the free discovery call?

This is a place for you to ask any further questions you might have. Additionally I will give you an overview of the process and we will get a sense if we are a good fit for each other.

What’s the main aim for you in supporting your clients?

The aim of my support is for them to thrive and to consistently make meaningful contributions to their communities, with clarity, focus, ease and grace.

What's the main focus in your work?

I am fascinated with setting up systems that make the use of coercive power unnecessary, which means that instead of relying on punishment or reward to motivate your peers. I will help you cultivate both structure and culture that empowers them uncover their own intrinsic motivation!

I have been experimenting and testing tools and methods for sharing power in a playful way for most of my life. And have used them in most of the projects, communities and workplaces I was involved in.

Where did you learn this?

My fascination with non-violent ways of organising led me to study several approaches such as
Sociocracy 3.0, Non-violent Communication (NVC), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Holacracy, Permaculture, Spiral Dynamics, 12 Patterns of Decentralised Organisations and the Microsolidarity Framework.

I mainly study by applying these approaches in practice in my organisations and projects which allowed me to come up with my own integrated approach to decentralised organising.

Since my teaching is based on my own experience I can always show you concrete examples and explain how they relate to your own challenges.

What will I learn in your coaching sessions?

The main focus in our sessions will be to give you simple yet foundational tools (relevant to your current situation) which you will apply in practice. I'll never teach you anything just for the sake of learning.

We will start the process first by noticing, and then formalising existing rhythms and power structures in your organisations, and how you relate to them. I will help you gain new perspectives and give you tools to slowly but profoundly transform yourself and your environment.

Where and how will the coaching happen?

We will meet either online on zoom, or in person in Helsinki, Finland.

How long does a coaching session last?

Sessions usually last 1 hour, with the possibility of booking longer sessions for tackling bigger tasks together for example.

How long will it take to see results?

I will continually provide you with tools and insights that will help you with current problems you are facing, so you'll be seeing results after the first session.

That said, I do recommend you to commit for a longer timeframe. Most clients work with me for about a year or longer, and we meet once every 2-6 weeks. But it is ultimately up to you. You decide when and how often we meet.

I am fluent in English, Spanish and German.
